Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Gifty Codes at giftycodes.com and any purchase you make on it. The site is operated by Tripping Vibe Digital Private Limited ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

We are a distributor of digital gift cards and vouchers issued by third-party brands. We do not issue the cards ourselves. Each card is issued by the brand named on it and is governed by that brand's own terms — including where it can be redeemed, whether it can be part-used, and when it expires.

Our responsibility is to deliver you a valid, activated card for the denomination you paid for. Redemption is between you and the issuing brand.

Prices, discounts and points

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Where a card is sold below its face value, the discount shown at checkout is the discount you get. Face value on the card is unaffected.
• Points earned on an order are a promotional discount redeemable only on Gifty Codes. They carry no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and expire as stated at the time they are earned.
• We may change prices, discounts and point rates at any time. The price shown when you pay is the price that applies to that order.

Your order

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we issue your card. Until a card is issued, an order can fail — most often because the brand is temporarily out of stock. If that happens we refund you in full; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Looking after your card

A gift card number and PIN are like cash. Anyone who has them can spend the card. Once we have delivered a card to you or to a recipient you nominated, you are responsible for keeping those details private.

We cannot replace a card whose number and PIN have been shared, published, forwarded, or otherwise exposed, and we cannot reverse a redemption made by someone who obtained them.

Using the site

You agree not to buy for resale without our written agreement, not to use automated means to place orders, and not to attempt to obtain cards without paying for them. We may cancel orders, refuse service and close accounts where we reasonably believe this has happened, or where an order appears fraudulent.

Business accounts

Orders placed through a business account are additionally governed by the agreement accepted at signup. Where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence for those orders.

Limits of our liability

We are liable for delivering a valid card for the amount you paid. We are not liable for a brand refusing redemption, changing its own terms, restricting where a card works, or ceasing to trade — those are matters between you and the issuing brand, though we will help you take them up where we reasonably can.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you paid, and the date at the top of this page tells you when this version took effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
